September 22, 2011

TO MEMBERS OF THE ETHNIC PRESS OF CANADA.

Dear friends and colleagues, brothers and sisters in the ethnic press and media:

Please be informed that this Sunday September the 25th, 2011 is the day of the “Word on the Street” Exhibition in Toronto.

The exhibition is organized annually at Queen’s Park Cr. From 10 am to 6:00pm. Participating to it are all the stakeholders of the publishing industry of Canada. Our organization is also participating with its own pavilion at the event.

To this extend the board created a committee from among the members under the chairmanship of Ahmed Shah Hotaki, afghanpost@rogers.com , the publisher of the Afghan Post, and they are in the process of organizing our exhibit.

This is the reason today I am asking all the members to bring down at the exhibition on Sunday, or to our offices at the Toronto City Hall, Press Gallery, at least 25 copies of their last issue in order to be exhibited to visitor.

If you need any more information or have any concerns please call Ms Asha Rajak, our Executive Director either by phone at 416- 921 8926 or by email at asha.rajak@gmail.com   Please note that it is very important for all of you to participate with your publication at this exhibition, it is free to you as our organization took the bill for the participation.

I will be in the office as always today, tomorrow Friday and Saturday, please come down and bring copies of your publication.

Thank you for your cooperation,

Thomas S. Saras

President.
